盐城大铜马项目总高3.8米，采用锡青铜C90300铸造，壁厚8±2mm。铜合金熔炼过程中根据C90300标准牌号进行铜、锡、锌配比，高温精炼。其中Cu的化学成分须≧86.0%。供应商须确保铸造的大铜马与现有大铜马在规格尺寸、材质、颜色、纹理等各方面的一致性。新铸大铜马雕像的颜色必须得到采购人认可。
